1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts under Indian law to use the Platform.
2. Listings
Owners, agents and builders are responsible for the accuracy, legality and RERA compliance of listings they post. We may remove listings that appear misleading, fraudulent or unlawful.
3. Prohibited use
- Posting fake, duplicate or bait-and-switch listings.
- Scraping, reverse-engineering or bulk-downloading data from the Platform.
- Sending unsolicited messages to other users.
4. No brokerage
Revolution Limited is a technology platform. We are not a party to any rental or sale transaction and do not charge brokerage. Any agreement is directly between the owner and the buyer or tenant.
5. Third-party tools
EMI calculators, price trends and loan comparisons are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice. Verify with the relevant bank or advisor before acting.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revolution Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
